This summer, the renowned Milanese institution Sant Ambroeus makes its Swiss debut with an exclusive pop-up at The Alpina Gstaad. Established in 1936, Sant Ambroeus expanded from Milan across the Atlantic and has since become a celebrated presence in cities such as New York, Aspen, and Palm Beach.
From 25th July to 17th August 2025, guests are invited to savour their signature Italian cuisine in an unforgettable alpine surrounding. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Swiss Alps, this unique collaboration brings together timeless Italian flavours and alpine charm, a true celebration of La Dolce Vita Alpina.

From 25th July to 17th August for lunch (12.30pm - 3pm) and dinner (7pm - 10.30pm). During this period, the Monti and Martin Göschel restaurants will pause regular service as they are transformed for the Sant Ambroeus experience.
