From summer 2026, our Chef Francesco Bartolomeis will introduce a series of experience-driven dining formats and residency concepts at The Alpina Gstaad.

Guests are invited to discover our culinary offerings in the hotel’s iconic venues: Megu with its refined Japanese cuisine, the Alpina Lounge & Terrace, the sharing-style restaurant Monti, and the traditional Swiss Stübli.

Each in-house Restaurant celebrates creativity, seasonality, and immersive gastronomy, offering memorable moments that go beyond the classic dining experience.
