Michelin-starred Martin Göschel expertly orchestrates The Alpina Gstaad’s culinary offerings – from the surprising and inventive cuisine of Japanese restaurant MEGU, to the gourmet dishes served at the restaurant Sommet, to the authentic local fare and cosy ambience of the Swiss Stübli. Each plate produced is an expression of the chef’s famous attention to detail and eye for perfection.
