Beekeeping workshop
What would happen if there were no more bees? With the production of its own Alpina honey, The Alpina Gstaad introduces its youngest guests and accompanying adults to the secret world of bees and in the Alpina Gardens and surroundings. In a 45-minute workshop, guests can join our professional local beekeeper Stefan Neuhaus and learn more about the fascinating world of bees, the production of honey and what our Alpina “busy” bees need to create this sweet temptation. The hotel will provide beekeeper protective clothing, hats and gloves.

The workshops are held on hotel grounds, where our beehives are located.
Opening Hours
The beekeeping workshops are available every Wednesday, from 18th June to 20th August 2025 at 2.30 pm. Private workshops are also available on request.
