Careful attention to detail has been paid to all aspects of design at The Alpina Gstaad.

Room and restaurant interiors were executed by the finest craftspeople of the Saanenland region, under the direction of Hirsch Bedner Associates. Megu Restaurant received prestigious awards for its sensitive design by Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance. Renowned landscape designer Jean Mus made use of indigenous alpine plants such as juniper, boxwood and heather, typical of the Bernese Oberland's peaks and pastures.

Gardens

You will find the play of light and colours, views and fragrances, and the music created by the breeze in the branches central to the garden experience at The Alpina Gstaad. Landscape designer Jean Mus made sensitive use of indigenous alpine plants such as juniper, boxwood and heather that flourish in the mountain climate. The result is a harmonious natural complement to the surrounding hillsides.
