If you have ever asked yourself whether food is still edible or if you should toss it in the bin, then this is the right class for you. Get inspired by our low-waste philosophy and learn techniques and inventive recipes during this experience. The hands-on class can share insights on how to reduce food waste, while saving time and money at the same time. The best part about this challenging exercise is that the ingredients are always different. The Offcut Cooking Workshops are designed for anyone who loves food and cares for sustainable practices in the kitchen.
Workshops are priced at CHF 250 per person including a low-waste lunch at The Alpina Lounge & Bar. Workshops are organized upon request and availability for up to 3 guests per workshop.
