This program is ideal for complete yoga novices looking for an alternative and enjoyable body and mind practice who wish to develop an understanding of how the body engages in each posture and enhance the body’s natural intuition. The program can be adapted to more seasoned yoga practitioners.

The four day programme includes:
• 2x Wellness Screening & yoga consultation, 60 min
• 4x Personalized yoga lesson, 60 min

• Chakra Balancing, 30 min
• Sound Healing session, 60 min
• Alchemy Facial, 60 min
• Optional group classes
The four-days programme from CHF 5'930, five-nights in a Deluxe Room Schönried, in single-occupancy with breakfast.
There are also programmes available for 3 to 14 days. The content of the programme varies according to the length of the stay.
