We are happy to invite you to gather around the table and indulge in a delightful feast for your Christmas eve celebrations. On 24th December, our Executive Chef Martin Göschel and team will showcase an exquisite 5-course menu, starting the festivities with our house smoked salmon and its sweet and savoury apricot miso. Let yourself be tempted by delicate muscat squash glazed ravioli to be followed by comforting foamed chestnut soup accompanied by the eastern taste of the duck dumplings. The Beef Wellington and a delicate Périgord truffle jus will please all those nostalgic for classic Christmas recipes. There is no sweeter way to round off this Christmas dinner than with an Opéra, crafted by Othmane Khoris, our Gault & Millau pastry chef of the year 2023.
