Our exquisite 5-course menu creates the perfect symbiosis between classic Christmas favourites and innovative flavours using planet-conscious ingredients such as Choba Choba chocolate – produced and co-owned by 36 Peruvian farmers in the Huayabamba Valley located in the Peruvian Amazon. Eastern textures of the Wonton surprise your palate when savouring the beloved foamed chestnut soup, while everyone is set to delight in the majestic Beef Wellington with a delicate Périgord truffle jus. There is no sweeter way to round off this Christmas dinner than with aromatic flavours of caramelized figs and the comforting Dulce De Leche with notes of the sweet Navel Late orange.
