Learn how to recreate one of our best-sellers from Alpina Lounge & Bar at home: "The Paloma Secret".

This tequila-based cocktail features a blend of citrus flavors with a delicate touch of sweetness.



40 ml tequila Ocho
10ml Mezcal
25ml Hibiscus Sirup
30 ml fresh grapefruit juice
Sparkling Water

Method for the Cocktail

In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, mezcal, hibiscus sirup, and fresh grapefruit juice.

Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously to chill the mixture and combine the flavours.

Double strain the mix into a highball glass.

Top up the glass with sparkling water.
