Ingredients
40 ml The Botanist Gin
20 ml Aperol
15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15 ml Honey Syrup
3 Pieces Mandarin Orange
20 ml Egg White
Caramelized Mandarin Slice (for garnish)
Method for the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients without ice and shake them vigorously.
Add ice and shake again to blend the flavours.
Mix well and double strain into a Rock glass.
Garnish the drink with a slice of caramelized tangerine.
