Recipe: Tangerine Cocktail

During the summer, our team of mixologists and bartenders work on recipes for refreshing and light cocktails and mocktails.

This gin-based recipe offers citrusy and honey notes, well balanced by the presence of Aperol, which add a perfect bitterness. Below, discover the step-by-step recipe of the «  Tangerine » cocktail, one of the summer favorites at Alpina Lounge & Bar.


40 ml The Botanist Gin
20 ml Aperol
15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15 ml Honey Syrup
3 Pieces Mandarin Orange
20 ml Egg White
Caramelized Mandarin Slice (for garnish)

Method for the Cocktail

In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients without ice and shake them vigorously.

Add ice and shake again to blend the flavours.

Mix well and double strain into a Rock glass.

Garnish the drink with a slice of caramelized tangerine.
