Mindful Culinary Journey
Together with our friends Less Saves the Planet, 16 Art Bar Restaurant (Nik Buchs), Le Grand Bellevue (Marcus G. Lindner) and Gstaad Palace (Franz Faeh), The Alpina Gstaad (Martin Göschel) hosted a September-Weekend that raised awareness for conscious food consumption and dining options. “Less is More” was the motto of the two days, where guests discovered mindful walking on a hike to Doug Aitken’s “Mirage Gstaad”, a yoga lunch focussing on the tastes and texture of food and a delectable 5-course Gala Dinner.
