Fuji-San Recipe: A Japanese Whisky Based Cocktail

Immerse yourself in the art of mixology and learn how to prepare the Fuji-San, a sweet and refreshing cocktail that honors our Japanese Whisky Bar.

Let yourself be seduced by the delicate and harmonious flavors of a perfect combination of Japanese whisky, pear, and soothing chamomile.

This unique creation was invented by our expert mixologists to satisfy even the most discerning connoisseurs, revealing a palette of flavors that will awaken all your senses.


  • 45 ml Nikka From The Barrel
  • 15 ml Simple Syrup
  • 2 g Citric Acid Solution
  • 4-5 Pears
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 3 g Gelatine
  • 100 ml Chamomile Tea


Method for the pear & chamomile foam

  1. Peel & juice the pears with a juice extractor.
  2. Make a chamomile tea.
  3. In a siphon, mix 150 ml of fresh pear juice, 100 ml of chamomile tea, 50 g of sugar & 3 g of gelatine.
  4. Let the siphon cool down in the frige for 2 hours


Method for the cocktail

  1. In a shacker, add Nikka From The Barrel, 30 ml of fresh pear juice, simple syrup & the citric acid solution.
  2. Mix well and double strain into a Martini glass.
  3. Before serving, add 2-3 teaspoons of pear and chamomile foam on top of the cocktail
