The Perfect Christmas Dinner | Cooking workshop
Although The Alpina Gstaad is closed during the off-season, we are excited to offer the opportunity to participate in our cooking classes at the LOEB store in Bern.
In this Christmas cooking course, you will learn how to prepare a classic Christmas pie and juicy duck with cranberry sauce. Under the guidance of Martin Göschel, Executive Chef of The Alpina Gstaad, you will be introduced to the secrets of this traditional holiday dish. The course covers all aspects of preparation until perfect presentation.
Instructor
The course is led by Martin Göschel, who has been the Executive Chef at The Alpina Gstaad since 2017. His passion and excellence in gastronomy have earned him 18 GaultMillau points and a Michelin star.
