Sushi Workshop | Cooking workshop
Although The Alpina Gstaad is closed during the off-season, we are excited to offer the opportunity to participate in our cooking classes at the LOEB store in Bern.
In our sushi workshop, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in the art of sushi rolling and learn how to prepare classic maki rolls and nigiri - covering everything from selecting fresh ingredients to mastering the proper techniques. Our sushi expert, Yuki Nakamura, will guide you step by step through the process, helping you create authentic sushi. This course is suitable for both beginners and advanced participants.
Instructor
This course will be led by Yuki Nakamura, who has perfected the art of fusion sushi over her 30 years of experience in sushi restaurants in Japan and internationally. She is currently working in our restaurant Megu at The Alpina Gstaad.
