Spanish Christmas Pastries | Cooking workshop
Although The Alpina Gstaad is closed during the off-season, we are pleased to offer the opportunity to participate in our cooking classes at the LOEB store in Bern.
In this cooking class, you will explore the diverse flavours of Spanish Christmas baking alongside Martin Göschel and Marcos Rodriguez. You will learn to bake traditional delights such as Polvorones and Turrón Almond. This course is perfect for anyone looking to discover new recipes and enjoy the holidays in a special way.
Instructor
The course is led by Martin Göschel, the Executive Chef of The Alpina Gstaad since 2017. His passion and excellence in gastronomy have been recognized with 18 GaultMillau points and a Michelin star.
