Join us on a mindful journey to your inner self. From March 11th to March 17th, 2019, Tibetan Lama Tenzin Kalden will introduce Tibetan yoga "Lu Jong" and hold meditation sessions. In the following days, our Head Therapist and Tibetan Medicine Practioner and Naturopath, Antonis Sarris, will continue the programme and introduce you to the Tibetan Healing Retreat.
Tibetan healing encompasses all areas of life. It believes in the wholeness and interdependence of the body, mind and nature, and that the five elements: earth, fire, water, air, and space are the common and fundamental principles shared by the body.
