The Johri Jaipur

This June, The Alpina Gstaad presents an extraordinary culinary collaboration as Restaurant Monti hosts an exclusive pop-up by the acclaimed The Johri Jaipur Hotel from 12–28 June 2026.

Part of the Honar Group, The Johri Jaipur has earned international recognition, including a place on the World’s 50 Best Hotels 2025 list and the Michelin Key Guide 2025. For this limited residency, The Johri Jaipur’s culinary team will bring a vibrant interpretation of modern Indian cuisine to Monti, blending tradition, craftsmanship, and bold flavours.

From 12 June to 28 June 2026, will be daily for dinner (7 pm – 10.30 pm), and from Friday to Sunday for lunch (12.30 pm – 3 pm) and dinner (7 pm – 10.30 pm). During this period, the restaurant Monti will remain closed.
