Join us on a mindful journey to your inner self. From March 11th to March 13th Tibetan Lama Tenzin Kalden will introduce Tibetan yoga "Lu Jong" to our guests and hold meditation sessions. In the following, Head Therapist Antonis Sarris will continue the programme and introduce you to the Tibetan Healing retreat.
Tibetan healing encompasses all areas of life. It believes in the wholeness and interdependence of the body, mind and nature, and that the five elements of earth, fire, water, air and space are the common and fundamental principles shared by the body.
