Knowledgeable, experienced chauffeurs are on standby for complimentary local transfers from 9am to 12 midnight.
The hotel also offers complimentary transfers from and to Gstaad railway station with its fleet of all-electric Teslas Model X and Mercedes V-class.
The driver will wait for you on the arrival platform and will also offer assistance with luggage.

Your room will be available on the day of your arrival from 3pm forward, and on the day of your departure until 12 noon.

The Alpina Gstaad has a covered car park that guests may use for which a fee of CHF 30 per car night will be charged. Valet parking service also provided.

We are happy to welcome your little companion. In case you visit our restaurants or our Six Senses Spa we advise you to leave your dog in your room. Dogs are accepted in our Alpina Lounge & Bar and on our terrace until 7 pm. Afterwards, only small dogs remaining in a basket or pet-specific carrier bag and placed under your table are permitted. For our four-legged hotel guest we charge CHF 80 per day excluding food. Presence in the room is required when any member of the hotel staff (such as housekeeping or engineering) is in the room while the dog is present. Dog shall be kept on a leash or in a carrier for so long as such member of the hotel staff is present. Room cleaning is to be scheduled in advance for a time when the dog is not in the room. Additional cleaning or repairs required, even if discovered after departure from the Hotel, are charged on the guest account.
For your comfort and convenience, our staff will gladly pick you up at the railway station in Gstaad or at Saanen airport.
From 9am to 12 midnight a free shuttle service is available for our guests to the foot of the slopes and to several restaurants in Gstaad.

Currently closed for the off-season, Silver Sport will reopen on 7th June.
