Peace and Harmony
The Six Senses Spa is a sanctuary of peace and harmony; please speak quietly to respect the tranquillity of your surroundings and avoid disturbing fellow guests.
Out of respect for fellow guests, smoking is forbidden in all areas of the Six Senses Spa.
Before each session, our specialist practitioners will ask you to complete a lifestyle questionnaire in order to deliver the best possible treatment.
Please arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled start of your treatment to complete the questionnaire and begin relaxing in the calming surroundings of the Six Senses Spa.
Swim and Sun
We advise against swimming or sunbathing in the first six hours following wax treatment or aromatherapy.
Kindly note that children of hotel guests are welcome at the spa from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m.
For reasons of safety, access to the fitness centre is restricted to visitors aged 16 and over.
Access to our steam rooms, saunas, experience showers and plunge pools is restricted to visitors aged 16 and over. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times.
Please shave prior to facial treatments to ensure optimum results.
We offer a wide range of nutritious juices, freshly prepared for you to enjoy after your treatments.
Jewellery and Valuables
We recommend that you leave any jewellery and valuables locked in the safe in your room before visiting the spa.
Out of respect for fellow guests, the use of mobile phones is not permitted in the spa.
All treatments are subject to 7.7% VAT. We accept the following payment methods: cash, debit and credit cards. For guests staying at The Alpina Gstaad, all treatments will be charged directly to the room and will be listed on the invoice at the time of departure.
