Our 400sq m Panorama Suite is a three-bedroom duplex apartment on the fifth and sixth floors. It’s so expansive, it has views to both the north and south, the windows taking in the mountains, Alpine meadows and the glittering village below.
The living spaces flow into each other. Focal points include the large, wood-burning fireplace with its floor-to-ceiling chimney piece and elegant seating. Small coffee tables, designed by Hom Le Xuan, are scattered among the chairs like polished river stones.
From here, the lounge continues in the style of an elegant residence in the Alps, and opens out onto a large terrace. On another side of the lounge, hidden from view, there is a kitchen that allows for the preparation of private, in-suite meals.
The sumptuous, balconied master bedroom has a fire, walk-in dressing room and a bathroom that contains a large free-standing tub, over-sized showerheads and TV inset into the mirror. Onyx wall sconces glow dramatically against the marble-clad walls.
A grand staircase leads to the suite’s top floor where skylights frame the mountain peaks. Here you will find your private spa, Jacuzzi, fitness and massage area, another fireplace and a bedroom with classic timber latticework and its own verandah.
